Green Paradise IV

Green Paradise IV – this is the fourth phase of The Green Paradise year-round resort complex. The building was commissioned in 2018. Green Paradise IV is a 5-story building with 1 underground floor with underground parking, panoramic elevator and reception. The distribution of the building is aimed at maximally reducing the share of common parts and increasing the living area. In the apartments, the terraces have been reduced to make their total area smaller, which in turn will reduce the final price of the homes. The building has studios and one-bedroom apartments from 35.87 to 66.26 sq.m.

We have traditionally used quality materials in the construction and finishing of Green Paradise IV. The building has a monolithic construction, the walls are made of Austrian Wienerberger bricks with a thickness of 25 cm, external thermal insulation, internal cement screed, gypsum putty, latex, the floors are tiles and laminate, the bathrooms are fully equipped, keys and sockets, the windows are of 5-chamber PVC profile.

Green Paradise IV differs from other buildings with the possibility of installing steam heating inside the apartments for an additional fee.
