Green Paradise V

Green Paradise V – this is the fifth phase of the construction of the year-round closed complex The Green Paradise. The building was commissioned in 2022. Green Paradise V is a 5-story building with a rectangular shape, with underground parking, a large outdoor pool, an elevator and a staircase. The apartments in the building have a traditional layout for us, which over the years has proven to be the most practical: no transitional rooms, always a practical entrance hall, exit to the terrace from all rooms and a bathroom with toilet.

The construction is also traditional:

– monolithic construction,

– the walls are made of 25 cm Wienerberger bricks,

– machine plaster,

– putty and latex,

– thermal insulation with mineral plaster,

– joinery – 5-chamber PVC profile with double glazing and double opening,

– floors – tiles and laminate,

– doors – MDF.

The building has 80 studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments with a view of the courtyard and the forest.
